We want to update our families and community on operations for tomorrow,
Friday, January 30th.
The Conly Day Program will remain closed on Friday, January 30th and will reopen on Monday, February 2nd. Both Goldman School locations will be open for regular hours tomorrow, 6:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. All other programs and services will continue normal operations.

Hello once again Friends and Family of The Arc Caddo-Bossier,
We know you have been hearing from us daily since this winter weather set in, and we appreciate everyone sticking with us, helping share our news with the community, and cheering on our staff who have been "in the thick of it." All individuals in our care at The Arc Caddo-Bossier community homes and apartments have remained safe and warm throughout this time.
We are pleased to announce that The Arc Caddo-Bossier administrative offices, Goldman Schools (both locations), GREAT Equine Assisted Services, and Frost Industries will reopen tomorrow morning, Thursday, January 29th at 8:00 a.m. The Conly Day Program will remain closed on Thursday, January 29th.

Good evening, Arc Caddo-Bossier Friends & Family.
Our incredible maintenance team went out this evening and assessed conditions at our office and school parking lot, which remains extremely icy and unsafe. Due to these continued hazardous conditions, The Arc Caddo-Bossier offices, Goldman Schools, Conly Day Program, Frost Industries, and GREAT Equine Assisted Services will remain closed on Wednesday, January 28th. Essential residential personnel will continue operations as normal.
We are hopeful and prayerful that conditions will improve, and we plan to reopen all programs and services on Thursday, January 29th, weather permitting. We will continue to monitor conditions closely and provide updates as needed.
Thank you to our maintenance team for their diligence in keeping us informed and safe, and to all of our staff for your patience and flexibility during this extended weather event.

Good evening Families of The Arc Caddo-Bossier.
As the winter weather continues to impact our region, we want to assure our families and community that all individuals in our care at The Arc Caddo-Bossier community homes and apartments have remained safe and warm throughout this weather event.
We are deeply grateful to our dedicated staff members who have braved challenging conditions to ensure our residents and program participants remain safe and cared for in their homes where they are most comfortable.
We are so grateful for those families and caregivers who are willingly providing natural supports to their loved ones during this time, allowing our staff to serve those in our care who do not have a family who can assist them. We have also heard from others who have offered gifts of financial and prayerful support. These expressions of kindness mean the world to us at this time.
Due to icy road conditions expected to remain through tomorrow, The Arc Caddo-Bossier offices, Goldman Schools, Conly Day Program, Frost Industries, and GREAT Equine Assisted Services will be closed on Monday, January 26th. We will reassess conditions Monday afternoon to make a decision regarding Tuesday's operations.

We are closely monitoring the forecasted icy weather conditions expected to begin tonight, Friday, January 23rd. The safety of the people who we serve and our dedicated staff of caregivers is our highest priority.
Our leadership team is meeting daily to assess weather conditions and the potential impact on operations of The Arc Caddo-Bossier’s many programs and services. Our experienced team has a comprehensive Emergency Action Plan in place and is prepared to respond quickly to changing conditions. We will make timely decisions about operations with the wellbeing of those in our care as our guiding principle.
