The Arc of Caddo-Bossier is a private, non-profit agency that provides an array of services and supportive programs for infants, children, and adults with developmental disabilities and their families.
We are committed to reducing the incidence and limiting the consequence of mental retardation through education, research, advocacy, and the support of families, friends, and community.
We provide leadership in the field of mental retardation, and in the development of the necessary human and financial resources to attain our goals.
The Arc of Caddo-Bossier is the largest Arc in Louisiana. Our agency shares the mission of the national advocacy organization, The Arc; also, with The Arc of Louisiana and thousands of community Arcs across the nation.
Our mission is to provide opportunities for children and adults with disabilities to realize their full potential, to fulfill their gifts and talents, and to become self-directed and contributing citizens.
