Businesses interested in being added to The Arc of Caddo-Bossier's vendors' list must file an application with Purchasing.  Once a business is added to the vendors' list, the business will be invited to participate in the bidding process.  Failure to respond to three invitations for bids will be understood, by The Arc of Caddo-Bossier, as non-interest and shall result in removal of business name from the bidding process for the item(s) or service concerned.
