Our Services The Arc of Caddo-Bossier is a private, non-profit agency that provides an array services and supportive programs for infants, children, and adults with developmental disabilities and their families through a number of programs and businesses.  These services are provided in the community through a number of programs and businesses operated by The Arc of Caddo-Bossier.
