Scott's Place

The Arc of Caddo-Bossier provides an array of Community Living programs and services for children and adults with developmental disabilities and their families.

Supported Independent Living

The Supported Independent Living program provides support and assistance to adults like Scott (pictured right) with developmental disabilities who live in their own homes and apartments throughout the community. 

Children's Choice

Children's Choice is community based program that provides support services to children with disabilities who currently live at home with their families or will leave an institutional setting to return home.

Elderly Disabled Adult (EDA Waiver)

This program provides services in a home or community-based setting for the recipient who would otherwise require institutional care.  Recipients must be age 65 and older, or age 21 and older who are disabled according to Medicaid standards or SSI disability critieria.

Long Term Personal Care Service

The program provides support and assistance with activities of daily living and instrumental activities of daily living, for individuals age 65 and older and for adults age 21 and older with disabilities.

Personal Care Attendant

The program provides this service for individuals with disabilities, ages birth through adulthood, who live at home and require specialized physical assistance.

Respite Care

Respite Care is specialized care for families in our community who care for a child or adult with develomental disabilities at home. The Arc of Caddo Bossier offers both in-home and out-of-home respite services.
