POSITION TITLE:  Part-time Secretary/ Data Entry Clerk

PREREQUISITES:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
3. Be able to type 40-50 words per minute.
4. Experience with multi line phones.
5. Excellent communication skills.

POSITION FUNCTION: The Part-time Secretary/ Data Entry Clerk is responsible for various data entry for the CLSS division, and assisting in all secretarial duties for the Division Director, Assistant Division Director, and Associate Executive Director as needed.

SPECIFIC DUTIES:
 1. Completes all data entry for all training required for all programs in the CLSS Division.
 2. Orders all office supplies as needed.
 3. Responsible for filing and the upkeep of all CLSS employee training files.
 4. Learn how to complete payroll and be a backup for payroll.
 5. Learn the LAST software so data can be updated and reports can be ran for the Division.                                               
 6. Will assist in typing letters, correspondence, etc. to CLSS division.
 7. Maintains a minimal satisfactory job performance evaluation. Continuous efforts should be made to strive for excellence.
 8. Assist in promoting harmony, encouraging communication, cooperation and positive participation among co-workers..
 9. Provides other clerical services such as typing and filing as needed.
10. Any other duties deemed necessary by your supervisor.
